Roberto Guarnieri

Born in Monza in 1951, was introduced to music at the age of 15 years developing a self-taught system of composition. The uncle gave him a guitar when he was 17 and Roberto brought on the instrument his compositions learning the guitar technic. In 1980 he was admitted to the Conservatory “G. Nicolini “of Piacenza where he completed his musical studies in 1987 and graduated in guitar with Mauro Storti. He took lessons with Roland Dyens and David Russel and begins his concert career and playing also in chamber ensembles. In this period composed many songs for solo guitar and guitar duo, trio, quartet and so on up to octet. In the period from 1997 to 2000 apply his creativity to the relationship between music and poetry treating musical choices, arrangements and composing original music for three seasons of performances of music and poetry for the Cultural Center Research in Monza. In 2011 Guarnieri wrote with Bruno Milanesi a treatise about theory and harmony in three volumes, a didactic work in which he gathered his experience as musician that moves from classical to rock to jazz.


Roberto Bertolin

He graduated in flute under the guidance of Maestro Gallotta in 1992 at the Conservatory of Music G. Verdi in Milan and in 2003 obtained a bechler of Experimental Composition under the guidance of Maestro Zosi. He attended numerous courses including one with Maestro Marasco. As a flutist he played in various chamber, achieving acclaim from audiences and critics, and in 1999 he won a scholarship for orchestra training in Cremona. He has collaborated with various orchestras and chamber ensembles. Also active as a composer, worked with the Orchestra Verdi in Milan as arranger of music of various genres and eras. He recently recorded a CD with Poesis Ensemble and publish it with Rugginenti. He is teacher at the Civic Musical Institute G. Puccini in Pioltello and at the Music Association G. Rossini in Busto Arsizio.


Luca Santaniello

Began studying violin at the age of six with Professor Lucina Invernizzi who followed him until his diploma - obtained at the Giuseppe Verdi Conservatory of Milan in 1992. As a student he obtained several awards in national and international competitions which lead him to study in Sion, Switzerland , for the following two years with Maestro Tibor Varga.

From 2000 he has been the Milan Giuseppe Verdi Symphonic Orchestra’s Leader; During 2002- 2003 Luca performed as soloist, with a Stradivari violin of the 1703 belonged to J. S. Bach. As leader of the Quartet “I solisti della Verdi, he has recorded a CD of Jimi Hendrix, Janis Joplin and Beatles music arranged for string quartet. Luca plays on a 1617 Maggini’s copy of J.B.Vuillaume.
